It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you all for the 9th biennial conference of Brachial Plexus Surgery Group of India to Mangalore.

Fourteen fruitful years have passed since the inception of the dedicated group of surgeons in 2003. Many surgeons and centres have stepped into provide dedicated care to this select problems. During same period, there has been an explosive growth globally with some procedures finding its place to form a standard protocol, while lot others under scrutiny of reproducible results. Accordingly we have invited renowned international and national faculty.
